I need help! What does it mean when someone says: you're a peach.
It sounds like a compliment but I've never heard anyone say it IRL. Perhaps people say it in America?
I think I'd quite like to be a peach.

It's a compliment :-) It's kinda like saying "You're so sweet :-)"
And, Ed, guess what ........................... you're a PEACH. No, wait a minute, you're a peach and a 1/2 (extra sweet!!!) ;-)
