1. My boss resigned (he hasn't been pulling his weight)
2. I am actually seriously considering applying for his job (yes, that would mean I would go back to work!!!)
3. It is a beautiful day
4. My dogs want to go for a walk
5. My daughter went to work today (OK, her pants and shirt were still damp, but she went...!)
6. My therapist can actually help me when things get rough
7. I didn't want to stay in bed all day today
8. If I go back to work, I'll hire someone to clean my house!
9. I have lots of friends who can support me in different ways if I go back to work (and they would be happy to help me)
10. I'm doing better

I don't think I've ever managed a 10 so I shall give it a go...

1) No more tutoring
2) Central heating
3) Rediscovering my enjoyment in music
4) Making steady (though slowish) progress on my work
5) Babble :-)
6) It didn't rain all day
7) I DO have a t
8) Getting stuck now..... Um. Nerds. Especially grape and strawberry.
9) The enjoyment I get from cigarettes and coffee :-)
10) Dr Bob's pics. I really like them.

Wow. I managed a 10.
I won't say how long that took me.
Really.
How long does this take people?
Is it hard?

It can be a real challenge to come up with 10! I've have people finish my list for me before :-)
It's a grand list!

It's an Indian dish: spinach and potato. Yummy!

Phew. These were the exercises I'd try frantically to wheedle out of at rehab. Find it really hard to do them and end up feeling stupid :-(

I guess it gets easier with practice.
