Right now the East Coast, Florida, Midwest, California, etc are undergoing a heat wave. I almost passed out trying to mow grass yesterday. I guess if you're at work it's airconditioned so no worry, and I guess it's cool in Minnesota and up that way. The UK, other parts of Europe and Australia I don't know. But anyway if you're now involved living with this heat wave how are you coping? Fondly, Phillipa

My home and office are air conditioned, but the humidity still seeps through. I have the most trouble with sleeping. The moist air makes me feel claustrophic.
Funny...this past winter I promised myself I wouldn't complain when summer and heat waves rolled around; and here I am complaining.
What part of the country do you live in?

It's very yucky in the NY metro area. I have been fortunate enough not to have to leave the house today. The heat is trying to seep in! The air conditioning though is doing relatively well. Easy does it mowing the lawn unless you can run through the sprinkler every couple of minutes. I want rain!!

hey phillipa-im where ur at so i know!!! it's 102 here rt now (depending on which channel u watch :-)) i'm about to go out again (i make sure i carry xtra deodorant w/ me)...LOL-carolina

Our heat wave in the midwest just broke today. YEah!!! I am going for a walk outside, and am ever so excited.
Hope everyine else gets some relief soon
