I've never been on a ski lift, they look really fun. I should go skiing one day.
I got sunburned once...I though I was one of those people who never get sunburns, I was wrong! I had just never been out in the sun long enough to find out. My skin was red and peeling, but it didn't hurt so I guess it wasn't as bad as for really fair skinned individuals, or maybe I wasn't out long enough. It was really really stupid of me to forget my sunblock!
I sure was hoping that all those DNA repair mechanisms where in place! Pyrimidine dimers are scary.

And blistering and peeling.
Even my own family won't touch me.
(I never burn and got cocky. Forgot that I was exposing different parts than usual.)

Yeah I do think they're more intense here especially on an actual mountain because you're closer to the sun, which is not a good thing for a pale Irish girl like myself. If you were wearing sunglasses you get to have that cool raccoon/skier look. Lol, hope it gets better soon.
