Lynn,
I have been to the DEPTHS with mental insability. I have had nervous breakdowns becuase i could not take what was going on. I went to a mental hostpital and saw REAL crazy people getting angry that there after them, they told me i was not crazy but had severe anxiety, or nuerosis (and old term for anxiety that almost impairs a person). I learned it passes, but I make sure that i dont want to start a cycle.
I dont want to make any kind of medical diagnoses becuse i cant. But you do sound like do have some syptoms of nuerosis, with panic symtoms.
You can look it up on the internet. Its not really a term used much anymore, but i still think it should be used.
I pray safe fortress for you. And you mind. Please pray for mine too...
I am have gone and still sometimes go through this stage. But it will pass, it always does.
God Bless
Matt

When it is overwhelming, how it does feel to you? It is more the physical symptoms of the anxiety or is it the mental?
I know exactly how you feel. I have been there. I am so sorry.
Do you have any medication to take when it's overwhelming?
Praying for you.

It is the mental. The physical is just hot all over, a nervous stomach, and uncontrollable crying.
I am mostly concerned about health issues. The littlest symptom or something that is not even a symptom sends me over the edge lately. For the past ten years, prozac has worked well. I have not had to deal with this since my first child was born. She is 12 now. For the first two years of her life, I lived in a world of anxiety. A good friend told me to go to the doctor and get on meds. I did and it worked.
This year has been rough.

Ok, you have convinced me. I will find a doctor.
