I took my daughter to the mall yesterday to find shoes for the homecoming dance, and I spied the "perfect" pair. I was SO excited that I reached down to get them (we'd been searching forever) and didn't realize where I was standing, and when I stood up, I whacked my head on a thick glass shelf. I saw stars!
Anyway, I told my husband I felt like "wack a mole", since we have a 2 year old he knew what that was - for those of you who don't, it's a kids game you play at Chuck E Cheese, and they have a home version. You hit the pop up moles over the head with a mallet, before they disappear, for points. Anyway, he said it was more like I was wack a "mall", and I said, no I was just wack, or wacked, or just wacked out.
Phillipa, still want to come be a fly on our wall? We're actually quite fun!

on the web they have the actual kids version of the game, not some whacked out adult versions. Whoever the toymaker is, I think. I'm too lazy to get up and look. Maybe later.......just wack me if I forget.
