That's a really good outlook and it is very true. I often keep things kinda like that where i will see them every morning and throughout the day. I used to have a paper taped on my bathroom mirror that said,"You are what you choose to become, not what has happened to you" and one in my car(social anx) that said,"Courage is moving beyond your previously accepted limits". It helped reading it each day. That does work Matt!

Yea, alot of times I struggle and get nuerotic. That's a creative thing to put on your mirror, becuase you can change yourself, some people feel they are where they are. You can move up to anywhere.
I found that, and wanted to post it. I hope Ms. Spriggy reads this, i think this may help some.
Motivation to change is really what keeps someone from changing becuase they feel they just stay the way they are, but hate it. Well from my experience.
I got overwhelmed with so much i HAD to adapt and change, and still am.
Just some advice i wanted to share. but i still have to deal with issues.
Anyway, i do hope some people read this.
Life is a latter.
