Thats me at a dinner party, I took 3 mg of Lorazepam and 30mg of Temazepam. Because first i cant drink, second i cant calm down. I didnt care what was going on.

This is with Judy, some lady i met at a rehersal dinner. She was the my stepsister's dad's law parnter girlfriend. I look bad in this picture, my face looks fat for somereason. The temazepam really was taking effect.

Well thats it. I should take pics of me when im having severe anxiety attack, i need to get a web cam and do that so people should see what i go through, and maybe you can see it when it gets severe. Maybe then you could know what to say.Matt

I'm sorry about your mom - it must be tough to be around a person who turns on you suddenly, esp. if you're struggling with your own issues. I hope you're doing ok! I know we haven't talked all that much on babble, but I enjoy reading your posts and was a bit worried when you didn't post for a while.I'm sorry you suffer from anxiety. I hope you're doing ok.
