"In Florida, Governor Jeb Bush has declared a state of emergency, although mandatory evacuations for Florida Keys residents were put back, as Wilma's slow speed means it may not arrive until Monday."

They are already flooded in Ft. Lauderdale~Broward County. No one has spoken to them but I saw the road that leads out of their block on CNN. It is completely flooded. They are off the ocean and have a pool in the front so I don't know. You be careful and anyone else there, please take care.

will be thinking about you wildcard,
my husband's grandmother is in the lower part of the state, and she won't leave her apartment, which is up pretty high. will be watching and hoping that the storm slows down or takes an unexpected turn south, back into the ocean.
