Hi Sarah,

I've been busy working and haven't had time to check PB much lately. I have an interview next week for a full-time job. Not sure I'm up to it but I think I have to try. Thanks for asking.

How about you? How have you been? Are you doing any medication or supplement trials now?

I've been meaning to get back to you on the cheap mouthguard I ordered. It's better than nothing because it does protect the surfaces of your teeth but it doesn't prevent the jaw clenching. I just found out that the drugstore ones that you have to boil come in size small now. I think if I try that one again in the smaller size and try molding it to the bottom teeth instead, then that might just work out. I'm determined to find something that works that doesn't cost $500!
