Anyone seen "Unfaithful" with Richard Gere and Diane Lane? I don't care much for Gere, and usually avoid his movies, (too much cute posing I guess) but this has to be the steamiest movie I've ever seen. Even the music is hot.

Yes, great movie. Another good one with Diane Lane (and a pre-LOTR Viggo Mortensen) is called "A Walk on the Moon"

I don't care for romantic movies as a rule. I don't like all the coy deception that goes with romance. I'm more the neurotic sensitive type and can't identify with the leading man, who's usually strong, silent, uncomplaining, and good at being misled.
This movie, in contrast, is so real, so sensuous. Everything is so vivid, tastable, and touchable - from the braille dots to the espresso.
It's the last movie I bought. Need to find the soundtrack.

I saw it, and thought it was pretty good. I'm not a huge Richard Gere fan either, but I did liked him in "Primal Fear" and "Mr. Jones". It was Edward Norton, who was incredible, that made Primal Fear though, for me anyway.

The first time I saw Diane Lane in a movie was, I think, "Streets of Fire". Not exactly a classic. I like her style. She's come a long way.

I'd just like to plug the double double quotes feature at this site:
http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/faq.html#amazon
The first time anyone refers to a book, movie, or music without using this option, I post this to try to make sure he or she at least knows about it. It's just an option, though, and doesn't *have* to be used. If people *choose* not to use it, I'd be interested why not, but I'd like that redirected to Psycho-Babble Administration:

Thanks!
