I called in sick to work today cuz I was feeling pretty crappy. (emotionally). I'm feeling better now though. Do you think I should call in and say I'm feeling better and ask if they need help?

No! Take this day to be good to yourself and rest or play. Read a book, kick some leaves, eat some brownies.
Other people can wait for today. Think of it as building up your store of wellness.

I just think my parents are mad at me now though. I live with them so...they know everything about my life. And I want a good track record at work. I don't know. I'm just worried that if I say I'm feeling better they won't think I was sick at all.

from what I know, you dont miss work that often?
take the day to rejuvinate.
Explain to your parents that you needed time to yourself and if I am correct emphasize that this doesnt happen that often. We all need breaks.
Im gald you are feeling better :-)

seriously, good for you for going, I would have taken advantage of the situation and done something else. But it shows a lot to your parents and work by doing that.
