I just finished watching U2 Live in Chicago DVD, filmed last Spring. Holy S*it ...is it powerful! I almost started to cry during a few songs. During their older tune "Into The Heart", Bono plucks a sweet little 10 or so year old boy out of the crowd, and takes him and holds his hand for a stroll on the stage's "catwalk". The way the music and the moment come together...I was smiling through some tears. Bono is my idol in sooooo many ways. He is very liberal, and even spiritual. That spiritual aspect is what caused the band to form back in 1982 or so. He doesn't really like certain world leaders, but realizes he has to show some compromise to get his bigger ideas going. (Such as "War Child".."Make Poverty History"..and his Debt relief and Anti-AIDS work in Africa.)
Do yourself a BIG treat and buy this DVD!!!
