Okay I know Wildcard is addicted to football. But all the Boards are dead! So where is everyone and what are you doing? I'm more than curious. Fondly, Phillipa

I'm not much of a cook so I usually start with a can.
2 cans hot chili
1 large chopped onion
1 bulb chopped garlic (I'm way past cloves)
1/2 cup diced jalepeno peppers
2 dashes of cayenne
2 dashes pepper
2 tbsps flaxseed powder (no reason, just because I can)
1/2 pound cooked hamburgerI would have added tomatoes but didn't have any. Obviously this is too much chili for one person, so I hope to invite my daughter and her boyfriend over.
I don't know why I like such hot food since I'm usually overheating. Perhaps, one fire will blow out the other. I'm still detoxing after a recent 14 beer binge.
Hope I didn't trigger any overeating.

Tomorrow is MLK day so folks in school or working for the gov't have Monday off. So I bet some took long weekend trips--like me!
I'm back by my computer now though so I'm going to babblemail you, Phillipa. :)
Best,
EE
