I am sooo tired. I do not want to do anything. I am also feeling blah! and I found out that a former student of mine died yesterday of an overdose.
I will prob not be on the computer tonight.

I'm so sorry you lost your student that way. When you put your heart into something, that means you're leaving yourself open for it to be broken. But I think the kids you help would be grateful that you care and haven't given up on them in spite of that. And I for one am glad to know that someone who cares so much is teaching our future generation. Teaching is an amazingly profound profession that probably touches people in ways you will never know.
