Posted by rjlockhart on March 5, 2006, at 21:53:49

I am so froze up right now i feel i cant really even type.

This is has whats been going on. I have been feeling this feeling of wierdness when i think about when think. I have bad anxiety about it. I think about what am going to do. I am in a bad enviorment, and maybe that contributes to that.

Im scared, whats going to happen, when are things going to happen. Its really i cant describe this is intense fear.

What is fear? to me fear is feeling a feeling of arousal with paranoia. What are the roots of fear?

Ok this is enough. Just please tell me something.

Matt

For many years I had a fear of what I thought...I was sure I was so screwed up that I was going to turn homocidal- I was sure I was just going to "lose it" and go completely bonkers.

It tooks me a long time and a lot of time talking to Doctor's before I came to believe that I was never going to go "crazy" and that all the million fears of myself, my thoughts, my actions did not mean that anything terrible was going to happen.

I don't know if that helps or not...guess I'm saying I can relate.

As an aside, been reading your posts...this may or not be relevant, but when I used to take Vicodine, after a few days it caused my thinking to become really wacky. That was me though.

I hope you feel better and are recovering from your accident.

Shelly

Maybe your fear is related to your accident. I too get the kind of fear, and mine is always of the unknown or of some trauma and it repeats itself over and over again in my head. You are not alone. I hope that soon you will feel better. Lots of comfort sending your way.

Are you afraid to think about things - because they perhaps will or will not come true? Do your thoughts generate fear on their own?
