I'm actually happy

Posted by stickywicket on March 31, 2006, at 10:58:57

This is the longest period of time I've been happy in the past 8 years. I have hope for the future and I'm enjoying life. I'm doing stuff I never thought I'd ever do. It's finally gotten through to me that even though I'm entering a new phase of my life (empty-nester), that this is an opportunity for a new life.

Last week I got a blepharoplasty (eyelid lift). I'm thrilled with the results.

I go to a bipolar support group and I'm going to learn to become a facilitator for the group.

I'm starting a watercolor painting class in May.

I'm starting belly dancing classes next week.

And now that spring is sprung, my garden is calling me.

Life is good right now for me.
I wish the best of life for all of you too.

As good as my days are, I don't get why I have awful nightmares. Could it be because I'm basically a worrywort, and even though that's under control in my waking hours, my subconscience continues to obsess?
