You know what I just realized? Love is a wonderful anti-depressant! Maybe loving Dr. Bob is literally keeping me well all this time!
Love releases phenyl ethylamine (PEA) and increases dopamine in our brains. PEA is apparently a natural amphetamine! No wonder I feel high on love! It's also present in chocolate. So...eat chocolate and fall in love!

Exercise can also increase the release of PEA. PEA can be a very powerfull antidepressant for some people.

I wish longevity really was that easy, don't you? That tea stuff I got.....yee-uck phooo! Where is it written, in the Big Book of Books, that medicine has to taste so yucky?
Except chocolate medicine, of course. The Mayans, or was it the Incas?, used to make a powerful beverage with chocolate and hot peppers. Not sweet at all.
Rambling. I'm so tired.
I hope your flight home went smoothly.

Anyone ever try chocoate-chili gelato?
I saw it for sale, but it sounds scary.
It has the potential to be very psychoactive. Capsaicin, PEA, glucose.Maybe someday...
