Sing the chorus of:

"Two all beef patties....."

and wasn't it Micky D's who could give ya lunch of burger, fries, and a drink for under a buck?

"Two all beef patties....."

is it: special sauce, lettuce-cheese,
pickles-onions on a sesame seed bun????

I totally missed all my opportunities to have fun.

born too late to enjoy protesting the government,

trying acid,

cocaine and enjoying the 80's style

the dot-com boom of the late 90's.

my generation coming of age in an era of high gas prices. what's to look forward to? we're not going to have nostalgia for this stuff. wtf.

I have nostalgia for something nostalgic. hold the onions.

Remember when the Friday night prime time lineup was the Partridge Family, the Brady Bunch, and Love, American Style?

Except they didn't say 'prime time' yet.

LoL Every so often, I think about all the useful information I could collect in my brain, if it wasn't already full to overflowing with idiotic crep like that!

Let's see, Burger King had something like "Hold the pickle, Hold the Lettuce, Special Orders Don't upset us, Have it YOUR Way, at Burger King Today?" Something like that?

As someone who always had to wait at McDonald's for them to make me another sandwich without the cheese, I was always happy to hear that BK jingle. I don't remember ever being taken there, but at least it was comforting to know that they'd make something I would eat and not get upset with me...

(And I can remember horrible visits to McDonald's, when my sandwich came with cheese, and having to go hungry -- AND having my aunt and my mother angry with me for causing problems.)

(OK, too fragile today to think of those memories. Going to go now...)

Ugh. I know!

Fortunately my parents shared my feelings about McDonald's, but field trips always left me eating something I would have rather had left off.

Ah, that's where we'd differ, then. I just wouldn't eat in that case...

Guess it's not so surprising I turned out anorexic, huh?
