What can anger do someone?

Bitterness, anger, what can it lead to?

I have done this with some people, i tune them out before they reject me but still have bitterness inside. But im a nice guy, its just sometimes when people talk about me cocky, i get bad thoughts about what im going to do....

Im not an angry person this is reacted from situations.

I have pray to god about this.
