sad tonight

Posted by Gee on October 25, 2006, at 20:41:37

I'm feeling sad tonight. I don't understand why. I've been having a great week, no school, no stress, nothing. So why? Why am I feeling this way? I hate this

Scared...

So, I just got off the phone with my housing agency, and I'm switching houses (good thing). But I have to spend one last week with the family I'm with. And the director wants me to "talk" over the problems with the host mom.

Last friday when I was leaving, so was so mad at me because I was only paying half the amount for my room because I was going away. She was so mad. And now he wants me to have a non-emotional conversation with her? I dont' do well at all with confrontation. Like not at all. I'm so scared. I can't do it.

Well, why don't you just put a sh*t -eating grin on your face and say-

"I'm sorry our financial arrangements didn't work out. I guess we didn't communicate very well. It's probably a good thing that I'm moving. I hope your next tenant has a more positive experience."

and then you can flatter her:

"I learned so much from living here."

And don't elaborate. And then have a lot of little nice things to say:

"I really enjoyed the bathroom mats/the windows/my doorbellchime/ my closet/ the landscaping/ lightbulbs"

I will miss it here because of the nice location, the closet space, etc. etc....
