I'm beginning to realize I'll never live down my many mean-spirited, and even belligerent, posts. I'm especially sorry for my "hippo" post.
On the one hand, I'm lonely, yet, on the other, I don't trust cyber relationships. So I reach out only to push people away. Geez, I'll even disagree with you, if you agree with me.
It's not easy getting close to people when you wear a spiky hula hoop.

My search skills, like all the others, are very rudimentary.
I typed in 'verne+hippo'and (as usual) gave up before too long.

I read one of your "offensive" posts once (I think you got blocked or something). I felt kind of shocked, then mad, and that faded in about 5 minutes. Then I read the rest of the posts in the thread and they made me laugh.It's good, I need cardiovascular exercise. getting mad is at least as good as doing 2 jumping jacks, right?
Besides, I know that you didn't mean ME personally, because I'm an Asian Elephant, not a hippo.
