This is something that was on TV here this morning and that I hadn't ever really thought about..
For those with a sat nav system, like me, I bet you all have your own, home address programmed into it as the "home" setting? I know I did..
I also carry my sat nav system around in my handbag.. along with the keys to my house.
So, if my bag was stolen, I would be, basically, giving the theif step by step instructions on how to get to my house and the keys to open my front door. I don't carry any other ID with my address on for the very reason I don't want anyone who steals my bag to know where I live.. but I hadn't thought about my sat nav..
My "home" setting has now been changed to somewhere quite random, a few hundred miles away!!
N xx

I saw that this morning too. It's a very valid point to make (and there is now one advantage to not being able to afford sat nav!)

I don't have one either. So a plus for not being able to afford one. Love Phillipa

Hi Nikki - took me a minute to figure out what sat nav was!! LOL
Hey Nikki - did you get my email about the metal "holds your book in the bathtub" rack?
My daughter got me one for Christmas. It's great!
Hope you're doing well Nikki.
