Hi Kath, Just to let you know I made the spinach souffle for me and Jess(daughter) Saturday night, and it was fantastic, we both loved it!
I am getting better with the cooking, I'm terribly proud to have managed to make chickpea burgers, and I also invented something - I put veg in a shallow glass dish, bunged some stuffing I made out of breadcrumbs,sage,onion,oil in with the veg, then I made an oaty pastry lid to go on top, put in the oven, it came out not only edible(an achievement in itself) but rather delicious!
Any more recipes you care to pass my way would be most gratefully received!
By the way, in reply to earlier post, my son Dan is 12. He got a rocket up his *ss for the state of his room when he got home last night. No MSN on the computer for HIM for a few days! I guess he is entering the teenage years. Up till now he has been my good boy! Why oh why didnt I have them 8 years apart, then at least I would only have one teenager at a time!!

Teens is teens!!!!!!!!! Hey - why not get the agony over with.

And in my case 20's are the pitts as well, so there ya go.

I am SO glad you liked the spinach souffle!!! It is yummy isn't it! See why I make 2 pans of it?

I'll see if I can think of some of my other dishes that I like.

Usually I just cook stuff & hardly any of our meals are ever the same!! It's great for the variety but not great if something turns out really good & I'm not sure what I did!
