I always imagined a Velvet Underground concert where Lou Reed surprised everyone by singing "I'm the happiest girl in the whole USA".

Lou Reed would have done it beautifully.
It would have been super simple, filled with yearning, heartbreak and a touch of irony (gender reassignment).
It would have been nice, like Perfect Day 'feed animals at the zoo, then maybe a movie too, and then home.'

The words would be (and only these), sung slowly, with a just breaking voice:
"Some times are happier times
Sometimes happiness comes to stay
I'm the happiest girl
In the whole USA."Nice way to end a show.
