Been noticing my moods going up and down the last few weeks. I was wound up like a watch this morning and have settled into a sleepy funk this afternoon.
It's kind of been this way for a while now.Ah, the challenges of mental illness. Doing this on meds makes me wonder how things would be without them. I'd probably be shopping like Paris whatshername I guess.
D#mn the torpedoes--full speed ahead.

>Phil, this is the time (I find this critical anyway) to push down that anxiety..or better yet just let it float down. (I know...a hell of a lot harder then that sounds...I sound like a moron!..ha.) I find this *very* ironic, but when I quickly increase my antidepressant dose, it helps temper the "agitated" part of cycling. But, mind you, I also majorly increase my benzo dose. I know this goes against most science on using a.d.'s in cycling, but they seem to have a 'mood stabilizing' effect at higher doses. The only thing I can think of is that the high dose down-regulates the receptors, hence keeping things balanced. I can tell you too, that both Epival and Lithium made me feel wretched. Ohh..also..I am on two AP's, Seroquel and Zyprexa, so that may be why it works.
Basically...simple advice to start...take a nice relaxing shower or bath (If you can find some nice ladies to join you...the better ;-) Keep your temperature in your home nice and cool. Grab a couple of fans, just aim then at you while you are on the computer or watching t.v. I will telepathically summon all of the Chakras and summon the earth and moon to be lined up perfectly wherever you walk.
(Oooh no..now I sound like Shirley McLain(sp?) lol..)Or better yet...just order some nice hot chicken wings. Now THAT, is deep, eh? :)
Take care,
Jay

Julian, Ricky, Bubbles, Lahey, Randy, Trevor, Corrie...oh God I've got a big grin just thinking about it. :) I've got season 1 through to 5 on DVD...will get season Six..but don't know when it comes out. Season seven has me frothing at the mouth, and laughing me' *rse off again and again. The movie (I have on DVD too) is just...wholly sheep dip..I've got most of it memorised..lol. Thanks so much for reminding me..:)
