miss/mrs perfect,
with your 'i always remember everything'... you neglected to remind me of your birthday. the nerve laurie, the nerve! how could you forget to remind me of your own birthday? you know i suffer from forgetful unknown curious karen sydrome(you can figure that acronym out yourself darling), as well as such horrible guilt issues.
well, i suppose i have made you feel about as bad as i do now. suffice it to say, my work here is done.
oh wait! have i said 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY' yet?
HAPPY BIRTHDAY darling. so sorry i was busy getting drunk, watching my duckie walk (i'm sure it was nothing to do with me and everything to do with you), wearing 'legend' t-shirts (someone at the drunken party had the exact same t-shirt! wowsa!) and playing with musical instruments.

Well, I was on time the first time. But I'll wish you a happy rest of the year too. ;)
(You should be impressed. I forgot my anniversary this year.)

Thanks, everyone!!!
I can't write much since I'm getting ready to go out of town and, as always, I'm running terribly late. But I wanted to let you all know how much I appreciate the birthday wishes (both here and in bmail). It was a really great day for me...even though I'm feeling a teeny bit weird about turning 35. (I know, I know. It's no big deal. It's just I'm edging up on 40 and it feels different.)
You're all so sweet!
Thanks, again.
Laurie

Thanks for the birthday wishes! I hope you're doing well.
Love,
Laurie
