I took today and tomorrow off from work for a much needed break. I just got through with a long batch of overtime and have another one coming up in 2 or 3 weeks. So today I laid around all day, and did some stuff to my apartment (like go through the boxes that have been in my dining room ever since I moved). Tomorrow I'm going to pick up my nephew and bring him back to spend the night. Hopefully it won't rain and we can go swimming. Not that I want to appear in public in a swimsuit so badly, but being off during a weekday means less people. Anyway, I'm kind of stressing about this and that, but trying not to think about it. I just want to relax.

Sometimes I enjoy nothing more than just chilling out at home, especially when I have the chance to take a day off while the world is busy working. And I know what you mean about how going out is so much easier with so fewer people around. It's just calmer with less people.
I think you deserve a break to take it easy and enjoy your vacation, so I hope you do. Peace...Saturn.

Thanks Saturn. That seems to be my only vacation, chilling at home. That and having my nephew over. I guess I need to start getting out with people my age, its just hard to know how to begin. I'm enjoying my time off though. I've been working very hard lately and feel my boss saw and acknowledged it this time. So now I rest.

My biggest fear is deep water (and what's lurking in it), so this movie scares the crap out of me! To me deep water (the ocean, a lake, etc.) is like walking into an unknown dark room that you know has wild animals and 'who knows what else' in it. Of course I love scary movies! Nothing like a good scare!

eep! Scary movies scare me! lol. I don't mind suspense, weirdness or thriller, but I dislike gore. I don't think I'd mind jaws though.
