Hi Slinky,

I'll take your body, does it like Chardonnay? If so your body and mine will have a nice time, maybe watch a movie?

I met my husband the old fashioned way: he responded to my newspaper ad. As with classified ad dating, take it slow, meet in a public place and the guys responding are likely as excited and nervous as you are. My husband is not socially skilled, and neither am I, but we survived the first meeting.

It's almost 11 a.m. my time, I'll pop a cork.

Sounds much better than seducing the pot-bellied married neighbor :)

That's what drove me to online dating-- when I realized I was fantasizing sex about every man that came my way, married or not.

Have fun & stay safe. There are some decent ones in there amongst the liars and the players.

Hi Tabitha,

Have you dated anyone yet ? I'm getting bored in the chat, I mean , what to say to someone who you can't see their face. Sometimes it's a bit intimidating , so I lie - just little ones.
I don't go out have fun and got bipolar...what's a girl to do.
Makes me feel like just giving up and continue whining to the walls.
How long have you been doing it? I only bought a months subscription.

Yours forever...Slinky.

I tried online dating. I met a variety of people, some more interesting than others, and made a good friend through it. Of course, I also met a few who kinda scared me...

Rules I learned: if you share a picture by linking to it, make sure it's on a photosharing site -- I linked to a picture on my own site, and got an email back telling me my name, address, telephone number, and CV. Meet in a public place, and try to make it a place where you are known. Don't expect Prince Charming, but expect that someone who sounds interesting might be an enjoyable lunch date -- that way, you won't be disappointed.

Oh, and watch out for any of them who show you their brand new blue sports car -- I had lunch with one of those, and ended up having to marry him!

Did I forget to mention that part? ;-)

Hi Racer,

Someone nice amongst some weirdos chatted to me today. Funny, he's a policeman.
I'm telephoning him soon and needed a bit of dutch courage.
He looks ok at 52 and loves animals.
I need to get some new clothes get my hair done and hopefully the chemistry will be there.

What a strange conversation...sex first then probably more sex...I don't mind that just as long as my risperdal doesn't kick in and zap my libido. Maybe it would lead to a relationship but I think I'm being taken for a ride literally.
