Whoa! Have I had a rough more-than-a-few weeks!
The onset of the holidays has been perfectly frightful for me!
My anxiety went through the roof and I've blazed a new trail from bed, bath, kitchen, and back.
Butt .. finally .. saw & talked w/ pdoc, and today am feeling hopeful we are on the right track to alleviating my anxiety.
Wanted to let all know am always thinking of you.
