my memory sux

Posted by LlurpsieNoodle on March 14, 2008, at 9:24:02

I know that I've been on babble a while now (about 2 years). I've come to know so many posters well. But the conditions under which I came to know you were when I was under personal duress, distress, depressed, anxious, etc.

I find myself unable to remember so many important details, and wonder whether I'm permanently damaged.

Depression, in particular is a horrible memory-sapper. So is PTSD. ugh.

I feel a need to apologize to those wonderful people whose life stories I've botched. I recognize my own limitations, slowly.

As far as I'm concerned, I would be delited if you said, "Now you're the one with............, right?" & even MORE delited if you got it wrong!!!

I have been known to get people mixed up. Bigtime.

It was Celexa that did my memory in! :-( & I was silly enough to think that when i stopped taking it, my memory would come back.

Oh well.

by the way - we love you anyway.

Kath
