I'm so neglectful with downloading updates. My Mac is OS X 10.2.8 and before I can start downloading to my shuffle I need OS 10.3.9. I've located 10.3.9, 10.3.1 (which I need for 10.3.9), but I can't seem to find 10.3 (which I need for 10.3.1). I've done a search on apple but I get confused with all the different downloads that come up. Some for servers, some for some sort of repair - I'm just at a loss. Any help would be appreciated!

I finally broke down and asked Mac support. Apparently you have to PURCHASE O X 10.3. - $100 plus dollars!
