Me and the kids found them in the corner of my garden under a shrub by the fence. They are so cute, I will post pictures later. I held one, and it slept on me, the other one's would hiss at me when I get close. I see the mother is still tending to them, so I put the one back.
The no kill shelter is all full for 4 months, not sure what to do, I will try to call around. I left the mother some food, because the kittens are still nursing. They have my pond for water.
I can't keep them, even though they are so cute I want to. The newspaper will let me put an ad in for free for found animals for 4 days, but these aren't really lost. Anyone one else been in this predicament?

People do want kittens, and it's harder to find them than you'd think. Try classifieds, and try calling local vets. Vets may know people who want kittens.
You might have a better chance of finding homes if you socialize them. Can you bring them inside or into a garage and start handling them more?

They are still nursing so I want to make sure the mother can still get to them. They are actually in a safe place in the garden, in the corner of my garage and fence. Nothing can get under the fence, only over, that is how the mom gets to them.
It is funny earlier today my husband thought he saw a raccoon jump climb over the fence, but it was actually the mother cat, she has a striped tail. lol
I am going to check on them tomorrow morning. I think they are even somewhat safe from rain too. Today I drained hundreds of gallons of water from my pond and watered all my plants in the back. When I found them just an hour later, they were dry. lol
When my daughter downloads her pictures, I will post them, they are soooo cute. I think they are only about 3-4 weeks old. There eyes are open and they can walk a little. There tail was only 3 inches long. :-)

Tabitha's right about the socialization seriously and let Mother have a crack in the garage to get under to to them. If she objects she will move them. But with them outside they are I think considered ferrel sp? And harder to place as they will not like people eventurally. Also think the Vet is a great place to call as ours always has animals for adoption and they do get adopted very quickly. Good luck and can't wait to see the pics. Maybe a babbler will adopt one? Never know???? Love Phillipa

Maybe look on the internet to see if there's a 'cat rescue' person near you.
I have heard of a couple of people who 'take in' cats & find them homes.
Good luck, love, Kath

What fun! Enjoy them. But watch out for fleas. I once found a cat family in the yard and interacted with them--but even without ever touching them, the house became infested with fleas. It was AWFUL! Much much more itchy than mosquito bites and really hard to get rid of from the house, furniture, etc.
As for advertising, I happened to have noticed recently on my local Freecycle site that someone was giving away kittens. And perhpas Craig's list?
Good luck!
