Geez for Fall it is nasty here in Nc bad storms constant rain and wind and to top it off no gasoline all the pumps are empty. They say people are dry in Atlanta no gas at all so Driving to Charlotte To fill Tanks. Why would someone drive four hours each way for gas? Look at all they burn? And hear the North East from Virginia on has plenty of gas what's happening to beautiful fall weather so cold too. Phillipa ps usually hot here now. No leaves this year.

Philippa it is so sad you guys have to go through all that to get gas. They have gas all over here, why don't they ship some down there. I hope some sunshine comes your way very very soon...

No gas here either, which is unusual because there was plenty of gas just last week. My little town is completely out and will likely stay that way until next week.
Allegedly the gas is being re-routed to the mountains where even schools had to close because of the shortage.
Fortunately, I can walk to all the places I need to go (except work - gosh I hate that ;) ) and plan to this weekend.
Anyway. Storm passed here yesterday, I hate those noreasters. At least hurricanes (but GOD I HATE THEM) are usually warm.
Seldom

It's still cold and rainy here so it got that far? Heard gas was in Concord??? We got some in SC. Now far from the border. So the Mountains have no gas either? Love Phillipa ps people may have to stay home from work. Ha that means they will shop on ebay so that is good for us.

Got some gas today most pumps were closed or closed as we pulled up out of gas. Also heard Bank Of Wachovia Went Belly Up today and Charlotte is the Banking Capitol of The US so things are going to get really bad fast as so far NC has done well in this recession. Phillipa
