Feeling really anxious today

was VERY depressed yesterday. Today it's anxious.

Gotta check - maybe extra Vit D has caused the anxiety.

Kath you're not the only one I feel totally wierd, blurring eyes, fear, out of it. What is going on? Do you think vita D causes this? Love Phillipa

Are you using all the tools in your toolbox? Do you have a lightbox? Up on all your supplements? Maybe it's the post holiday letdown and something you need to let yourself experience, too. Remember that you haven't been feeling 100%, I think that affects us every which way, physically AND emotionally.

take care

> Are you using all the tools in your toolbox?
~ ~ lots of them. EFT, TAT, what I call "chakra spinning" - a thing the doctor who does BEAM energy work taught me. OH - I should do the 2-sides-of-the-page writing....Facts on left/feelings & triggered stuff on left. Thx PC - I'll do that one. ~ ~

>Do you have a lightbox?
~ ~ Yup & have been using it daily for about 5 days; had been forgetting about it. It's sunny today, which is a bonus. Yesterday was GRAAAAAY.

>Up on all your supplements?
~ ~ Yup. Although today I didn't take my SJWort & 5JTP until about 1 pm.

>Maybe it's the post holiday letdown and something you need to let yourself experience, too. Remember that you haven't been feeling 100%, I think that affects us every which way, physically AND emotionally.

~ ~ You're right - I'm still not A-1 yet physically. Good point.

I'm continuing this on the Psychology board PC.

hugs, Kath

Mine started yesterday.

I have absolutely no idea why.

I'm just as nervous and jumpy as a cat.

Seldom.

Actually, I'm pretty much a mess, myself. At least I am not waking up in the middle of the night in a panic any more, but the entire day has me feeling like a "scrabbledly rabbit" - you get the idea, a scared animal trapped in a corner, and all I can do is kick my hind feet in my fear to get away. Not the least bit happy in my own skin, but I couldn't tell you whose I'd be happier in.

Actually, at the moment, I have the temporary front teeth to match that bunny rabbit - so attractive! Getting them fixed on Wednesday.

Thank you!! :-)) (nm) » fayeroe
