but you may not have seen it.

Detective told me that the man could get up to a year in jail. Class A assault. Next would be a felony, I think.

I have not seen the couple since inauguration eve.
I can now use my backyard without fear that he will be out hassling me.

I feel so much better and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support.

Pat

Thanks for letting us know.

What a relief it must be to be able to use your back yard.

hugs, Kath

PS - my backyeard has about 3 feet of snow in it - well maybe not quite that much, but I have to trudge through it to get to my composter! Then it has the nerve to snow & blow & cover my newly made path & I have to trudge again.

Hi Pat,

I hope he gets at least one year in jail with no chance of early release.

Enjoy your backyard and your new found peace.

:-( I just went outside to bring dry clothes in and he yelled "howdy, neighbor".....I did not look or respond. THEN I went to feed my hens and he popped up again..in his yard and spoke to me...I could get a restraining order and keep him inside his house all day.

I received the papers today from the district attorney about the case.

Thank you for your response....Pat

Jeez Pat.

Do you think you should get a restraining order? I would feel so intimidated!

Yikes, (((((((((((((((((((you)))))))))))))))))

I guess we'll have to have some fun with this. Laughter is a fantastic stress reliever, is it not?

How many police reports do I have to submit before this man catches "it"?

What else could I do to convince this man that I do not "like" him?

Please feel free to offer up suggestions. :-)

1. egg his house?
2. t.p. his house?
3. remove the spark plugs from his truck?

Pat

None of the above. For some people negative attention is better than no attention.

Like the third grade boy pulling the hair of the girl he likes.

Hmmmmmm - okee dokee - too bad you are not looking at him, when he shouts howdie neighbour - you could look back at him & mouth words as if you were speaking & convince him that he's deaf!

how about posting 'open house' notices in local grocery stores with his address & put at the bottom in big letters, FREE SNACKS & COFFEE/DRINKS

Sort of evil-humour I guess.

anyway, I can send lots of UN-evil hugs your way.

NOW! That's what I was wanting! You both made me laugh out loud. I thought of another one~I actually did this one to a close friend in Oklahoma.
"
I put a classified ad in the paper that"I" was selling my 30 year Avon bottle collection and listed his number!! He figured it out, after about 6 calls, that I was the culprit. It was very funny. He was 20 and had NO idea about Avon bottles at that time!

I like both ideas so much. How funny to make him think he's deaf. How about I list a meeeting for the KKK? laughing louder now! (I guess I deserve a PBC now.....if you are a KKK member, I'll apologize already)

Keep 'em coming. You two gave me my first laugh for awhile........xoxoxo Patwhohastomakelemonaideoutoflemon...

Kath,

how about we contact him, he's won a free trip for two in sunny Florida. My boys are pretty good on the computer, we could come up with some official looking stuff. We just need to assign a phone until the beast calls and confirms that he will be at Southwest Airlines at 6am on Saturday.
We could use one of those throw away phones!

We'll serve him with a fake warrant (those costume shops do come in handy). My brother is 6'7", very intimidating, he was a marine. He can act the part of drill instuctor to become Sherriff Beatit. The drunk must show up in court at 5am the following morning for sentencing as he didn't show up for court.

In small print, this warrant only in effect in the state of ______.
