Makeup Experts!

I just ran out of Estee Lauder Hydra Complete Multi-Level Moisture Gel Creme. And of course, they aren't making it any more! They make an EYE creme, but not the overall face gel creme. Sigh.....

Any good ideas for a substitute? I need something with NO sunscreen in it, and for normal/combination skin. I wouldn't mind if it were a bit cheaper. Needs to have light or no scent.

And just last week I threw away the box with the list of ingredients on it because I was SURE I wouldn't need it.

Wonder if the company would be able to give you a list of the ingredients.

Also, I wonder if they've made something else that's similar & that's why they've discontinued yours.

Good luck, Kath

You may have already tried this, but I saw this on their website:

"WHERE CAN I LEARN MORE ABOUT ESTÉE LAUDER'S GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN PROGRAM?

For assistance with locating an Estée Lauder product that has been discontinued, please contact our Corporate Headquarters via telephone at 1-800-216-7173 between 9am and 5pm EST, Monday through Friday and ask to speak with a Gone But Not Forgotten Representative.

Please note that a search may only be initiated for products within Estée Lauder's basic product line. We regret that we are unable to conduct searches for seasonal, limited edition, or promotional products.

If we are able to locate the product you have requested, you may purchase up to 6 units (depending upon availability). Gone But Not Forgotten items are available for shipment to locations within the U.S. To initiate a search for a discontinued product, please call us at 1-800-216-7173 between 9am and 5pm EST, Monday through Friday. Bayleaf,

Thanks. I had already seen that. I noticed it was not offered online in their discontinued section, so figured it was not available under that program.

That recently happened to my mom, can't remember what it was, but she found it on-line. Someone had overstock or something. Maybe E-Bay? Worth a try!
You can get the ingredients from Estee Lauder I'm sure. Tell em you weren't allergic to their product and your trying to find something similar. Maybe customer service would even be able to locate some for you.

Oh! Try places like Ulta, and on-line designer cosmetics. If someone still has some, buy a bunch. Cause I'm sure you have tons of money laying around like I do for extra bottles of cosmetics ;-)

I finally got a hold of them and they said they "might" have it, but it will take a month for them to find it if they have it!
