~ ~ Hey Phillipa, how is it that I can have gratitude & STILL have anxiety & gloom? Perhaps writing them on a paper that I have with me & reading as needed might help?

1. My beautiful daughter, who's filled with confidence and joy.
2. My flawed, but loving mom.
3. My flawed dad, who lovingly watches over me from above.
4. My furry companions, who give and accept unconditional love.
5. My best and only real friend, who's stuck by me over the years.
6. Flying down the slopes on my snowboard on a bluebird day.
7. Soft wind blowing through my hair.
8. Belly laughs. Music. Nature.
9. This gratitude list which reminds me why I should fight and not give up.
10. My blue-eyed T, who makes me feel cared for despite my intense negative and x+ transference.
11. And Dr-Bob.org, where I'm learning more about myself and others.
