boy do I feel like a dork. I completely missed the use of past tense, and the "bye(don't worry)". I just saw the message of caring to Phil & Deneb. It's funny because usually my filter works the other way.

You're a rock, in general.
But your first responsibility is to yourself and your family. If this is what's healthy for you, then this is what you should do. Babble breaks, of whatever length they need to be, are healthy at times.
You know where Babble is if you ever need it or want to be here. And you know where I am if you ever need me or want to talk.
I still haven't made that coconut shrimp recipe! I think I'll try it tomorrow.
