my friend has died 67

before you say sorry, he lived a life and a half, he was the longest kidney transplant person around hear 40 years, of taking meds hospital appiontments 40 mile away every month, for all those years he never moaned , he smoked 30 cigs a day , drank beer like it was going out of fashion,an was loved by every one he met , his loverly loyal wife rita could never have kids because of his treatment,she loved to go to the pub with him . an he often came to this tacky seaside place i go , you no all bars fish an chips.real working class like me an him. i will miss him , ps he had heart attack

manic, He sounds like a good guy. sorry to hear your friend has passed away.

sounds like he made the most of his time here. He loved, and made good friends. Good on him. I hope we all learn a lesson from him.

Manic I am sorry. What can I say. He did live a good life with a loyal wife. If he was happy that's what counts. Love Phillipa

Dear Manic - he sounds like he was quite the person - and lived a full full life.

I bet you'll miss him & that's the part I'm sorry about.

Sounds like you & everyone who knew him have some great memories to hold on to.
