isn't this crazy. it seems that they don't know how to spend the money. Imagine how much energy it will cost to cool down this building in the heat of the desert sun. Do you think that will help the country for the after oil revenue time?

It's the dampness that really makes it cold low 50's during the day but lots of rain. Nasty. At least in the snow it's dry and invigorating. How's my very special friend? Love PJ

in my opinion a building should be somehow adapted to its environment. Therefore I doubt its a good idea to build such a high glass palast.
