So, I feel like I'm cheating to ask :-)... I've just got too much time on my hands... Does anyone know of any other message boards that are good? What about really good websites I should check out? My dx is bipolar, mixed type if that helps.

Loads of babblers use PsychCentral's Communit boards. It's a big place, but try starting on the psychotherapy and social boards, and just stay there for a while. You'll adjust.

When babble had problems that time and we used it found you don't get notified of new posts to a thread? I could be wrong. Phillipa

I assume you mean the subscribe feature? so that if someone adds to a thread you are interested in, it will email you? I've never played with it since I'd find that annoying - but I don't recall reading complaints recently.
If I want to see new posts on my threads, I just go look at the various boards. New stuff bubbles up to the top. Threads I've posted in have a little camera looking thing to the left of the thread title.
