the nurses. the ones we intentionally exposed to covid patients in order to see what would happen...
we are supposed to think that it is the nurses fault. we are supposed to think that the nurses did not obey social distancing between themselves duriing their lunch breaks. or during the smoke breaks, i guess. we are supposed to think they did not wash their hands as they were supposed to and they did not do social distancing as they were supposed to.
and i think to myself: Well then, who hired them? because it is a personality thing. you see it in people. who is willing to allow others their personal space and who is not willing to allow it. who invades other people's personal space. the personal space invaders are not well suited to a career in medicine or health fields.
there are many different career paths. who hires someone demonstrably unsuited to the reuiqrements of medicine for medcial related field?
there is no shortage of people willing and able to comply.
and over and over and over and over and over they only select those most grossly unsuited to the task.
and whose fault is that?

It is just so f*ck*ng insulting.
I give more than a dozen talks to international audienced (in NZ, Australia, the USA).
I come back to NZ.
I come back to NZ willing to eat humble pie and learn from science people and medical people and wanting to learn medicine.
And then the philosophy people turn on me and treat me like I'm intellectually handicapped that I chose to come back here...
ANd after however many years of being treated as a retarded child I guess I'm basically forced to concurr. I must indeed have bene some kind of retarded child to have returned to New Zealand and truste that people would continue to process my work by international standarsd.
We refuse to apply internatinoal standards.
Teh world cannot trust us to do good business in that respect.
Things are too corrupt here. Peole have picked out their mighty leaders and they will fail out anyone who makes them look less competent / less adept.
Otherwise it would be racist -- right?
Because there arent' any Maaori with any actual competentce -- right?

we must pick all and only those most adept at holding their people back.
And why would you expect any differnt from the indept white people children of mighty leaders and most entitled?

And if I am not forced to live with a chosen one who earns enough money to support me...
To live with them.
To sleep with them.
To babysit their child.
to mind their house.
Then... Maybe I should be paid some kind of minimum wage for teaching at school?

Maybe at University then?
Maybe be paid to make sure that everyone fails and is berated for being stupid. Is only signed off if they consent to hand their work in late. Is only signed off if they hand in work where they lie about laboratoy findings.
Or maybe I should work for the goverment. Shall I hang out in Wellington for a few years? live in rooms out the back of politicians houses? if I give them enough bl*w j*bs they give me a living wage????

But the Edcuation act doesnt' apply to the universities of NZ. THey just do whatever they want. More particularly they priroritise the expediated entry and axit of their kids. Scholarship funded all the way. Abstracts takenfrom shcolarship application and given to them. These written by students wer reufse to sign off -- and given to them. Take from teh ppor and give to the rich . That's the kiwi way.
Take from teh poor and give to the rich.
Take from teh hard working and give to the most entitled.
They somehow justify that's what equity means.
Profittering from teh most advantaged is what equity means.
There is no conscience.
