I've been on 20mg celexa since April and I never got a pronounced effect from it, but it wasn't until last week that I really noticed that it wasn't working anymore. Depression is weird like that, it just sneaks up on you until in becomes intolerable. I started on 100 mg Wellbutrin to augment. After 2 weeks no improvement. I stupidly decided to go off the celexa "cold turkey" and increase my dose of wellbutrin to 200mg. This has caused major problems. Don't know whether it is caused by the Celexa withdrawal or the wellbutrin increase. Headaches, anxiety attacks, anger, tons of g.i. problems. Be careful and follow your doctors orders!
