I misspoke, it can be ordered from Switzerland and apparently Canada as well. Still haven't found anything on the net though.

Apparently the patient has been taking it for a decade but her original doctor is deceased and the new doc doesn't know how to get it. As far as her conditions go the only ones I'm aware of are severe arthritis and several hip replacements.
