Nice to see you back on line. I try to see the humour in things but sometimes my sense of the ridiculous brings out the skeptic and cynic in me, who can be slightly obnoxious or very so if I intend to be. However I've learned that doesn't generally serve me well. But, on occasion I just can't resist. ; )
The Wellbutrin and Prozac are helping, though some days it seems far from such. Overall I am less stressed but not necessarily accomplishing more, just generally better humoured about my dilemnas (except when I let the obnoxious side flourish, with humour generally). I've been posting less cuz I've been finding other outlets more interesting -- ICQ, MP3s, dowwnloaded movie trailers and occasionally my studies and my psych. doc.
Glad to hear that things are generally going well on your end. What's your new job? BTW, you can always take this off line and e-post to me vie jd-dm@rocketmail and hence keep the wearies contented..
R U staying in Calgary for Xmas or heading east? What's your new job about? Found any good pizza in Calgary?
Cranio-sacral I've had some exposure to with mixed results. Others I know claim that it's been a great help in helping them deal with depression and pain from whiplash, etc.
Anyway, studies beckon!! (whether or how I'll respond is another story.. : ))
