Phil,
Although Bob's disclaimer "your mileage may vary" must be stated first, let me remind you of how discouraged I was about the meds working, and I am starting to feel better now. Heck, I don't need to remind you, just read all those posts. I think you started the lithium a bit after me. Hang in there. I didn't start to notice anything appreciable until I had been on it a while, and now that I am on a higher dose, i definitely notice much more stability in my mood. Of course, it is still "short term". Hang in there and keep us posted.
