adderall question 2 sorry for not making 1bigpost

1 more quick question, I am a 17 year old 180lb male. I have pretty bad adhd, how much adderall do you suggest? will the side effects go away after a few weeks of consistant use. Does it make you have tingles in your hear? Is that the stimulant effect everyone talks about?
