My doctor prescribed Amantadine for a bug I have. I sunk into one of the worst depressions ever. I was seriously considering suicide. I looked the drug up on the web and read that suicidal ideation and suicide attempts can be a side effect. The whole episode has been very traumatic for me. I think this drug can be very dangerous for people with depression.
