12 year old son on Respiradol-Concerned Mom

My 12 year old is on Adderall and Paxil and Respiradol. He does beautifully when on the Respiradol but, I am so afraid of side effects. He does have the weight gain, that I can handle. My son has Tourettes. He is constantly in trouble at home and at school but when on Respiradol he is great. I see twitching in his wrists and ankles. I dont see it so much as a tic as I do a tremor. Has anyone had anything similar while on respiradol? thanks from a very worried mom
